Friday Night Class 7.30pm 26 November

I am super early this week with my samples for this Friday night!

We are getting a bit over Christmas cards so this Friday night, we will be featuring the Elements of Style stamp set.

The green card is based on a stunning card by the Queen of the Brayer, Michelle Zindorf (if Michelle is the Queen, our local Nikki Bennett must be the Princess!). Unfortunately, I am not nearly as adept with a brayer as Michelle and Nikki so I have adapted the card using sponging!

I will have a variety of greetings available as these cards make suitable birthday, sympathy or get well cards.

Wednesday 24 November Class at Paper Possibilities

I am happy to announce that I will now be teaching 2 classes per month at Paper Possibilities. I am even happier to announce that my classes will still feature the fabulous stamps from Stampin' Up!

My first class will be 10am this Wednesday, 17 November. We will be doing the Dasher Class I did recently at home.

Friday Night Class 8pm 19 November

These cards use the Delightly Decorations stamp set, the Ornaments punch (including the negative image), So Swirly roller and some silver embossing.

Start time will be 8pm as John will be away and I'd like to get the children in bed before you arrive.

Don't forget Ruth and I have a stall at this Sunday's Leukaemia Foundation Christmas Craft Fair at the Cairns Show Grounds (Fred Moule Pavillion). I have always enjoyed going to the Craft Fair and I'm looking forward to participating this year. We will have our handmade cards for sale and you might even be able to have a sneaky-peaky look at the gear from the new Summer Mini Catalogue, starting 1 December. Our stall will be in Row 1, Stall 6. Hope you can all drop in and see us.

Next Wednesday's class will be held at Paper Possibilities. 10am start. More details to be posted on Monday.

Last Saturday's Christmas Card Class Samples

Better late than never ...

This is what we did last Saturday. Lots of baubles!

I love these sets - Tree Trimmings and Delightful Decorations (with the Ornament Punch). They make such quick and easy, yet very effective, cards. We also used the new Big Shot Elegant Lines embossing folder and Champagne Shimmer Paint.
